چکیده

Sewage sludge digestate is a valuable organic waste which can be used as fertilizer in soil bioremediation. not only good source of nutrients but also rich bacteria carrying alkB genes, are involved aliphatic hydrocarbons metabolism. Increase genes ratio polluted soils has been observed to improve bioremediation efficiency. In this study, for the first time, genetic potential indigenous microorganisms degrade petroleum products was assessed. The objectives were study (PHCs) removal together with shifts taxa and changes concentration after application. Initial contaminated 1.5% 4.5%, respectively. During incubation digestate, percentage increased up 11.5% addition immobilized onto biochar value 60%. Application positively affected respiration bacterial density, concomitant enhanced PHCs degradation. Incubation amended resulted 74% decrease 2 months, while extra 95%. use microbial community profiles by increasing initial density diversity, including containing recognized degraders. This reveals great amendment additionally improves abundance soils.

Bioremediation of oily sludge-contaminated soil by stimulating indigenous microbes.

In situ bioremediation of oily sludge-contaminated soil by biostimulation of indigenous microbes through adding manure was conducted at the Shengli oilfield in northern China. After bioremediation for 360 days, total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) content was reduced by 58.2% in the treated plots compared with only 15.6% in the control plot. Moreover, bioremediation significantly improved the phys...
